Which carrier do you use for your shipments?
Dependent on your location, our shipment providers are DHL, Fed Ex, USPS, UPS and Australia Post. All services we use are express but will have different time frames depending on location.

Do you offer shipping protection?

By selecting Package Protection at checkout, your order is covered in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it—or if it hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window—please contact our Customer Care team within 10 days of the marked delivery date.

Once we’ve been notified, we will:

  • Launch an investigation with the carrier (typically DHL or your local postal service)

  • Provide updates throughout the process

  • Once the investigation is complete and the order is deemed lost, we will offer either:

    • A replacement of the same items (subject to stock availability), or

    • A store credit for the full order value

How long until my order is fulfilled?
Orders will be fulfilled same business day if ordered before 1pm.
Orders after 1pm will be fulfilled next business day.

Shipping 
All unclaimed/undelivered parcels that are returned back to Leni Swims will be shipped back at the customer's own expense.
Leni Swims is not liable for incorrect information given to us at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to make sure information is correct before placing an order and we are unable to provide a refund.
Leni Swims is not liable if your parcel is stolen, damaged or lost in transit if customers opt out of Route Shipment Protection at checkout. 

Customs import duty and taxes
