What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for a store credit only. You have 14 days from delivery of your order to start a return.

We do not offer exchanges due to high demand, we cannot guarantee stock will be available once we receive your return back to us.

We do not offer refunds unless an item is delivered faulty or damaged.

All sale items are final, and are not eligible for return.

Where can I lodge my return?
Can I exchange my order?

Due to high demand, we offer returns for a store credit only. If you are looking to exchange your size, return your purchase for a store credit to then buy your desired size.

What are the steps once I have lodged my store credit?

Once your return is lodged, you will receive an email from us with next steps. Check your spam/junk if you can't find it.

Please allow us 3 business days from delivery to process your store credit.


Where will my order be shipped from?

All USA/International orders ship from our US warehouse in Ohio

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 1pm ET will be sent the same business day. All other orders will be sent the next business day. All weekend orders will be shipped Monday.

How long will delivery take?

Our warehouse is located in the USA. All orders within the USA will be sent with 2-5 day* express shipping. All international orders will be sent with 3-7 day* express shipping, please be aware we are experiencing international shipping delays to some locations which are out of Leni Swims control.

*Dependent on location, please ask if you are unsure about the shipping times to your location.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

We reccomend contacting your local carrier to speak to somoene directly.

If you still can't find your package, we reccomend filing a claim with the carrier.

Please note, we offer ROUTE protection packaging at checkout. This is shipping insurance which allows any lost, stolen or damaged packages to be instantly replaced or refunded. If you do not chose to add ROUTE, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

What is ROUTE Green Package Protection? Why should I add it?

Route Green Package Protection can be added onto every order at checkout. Your order is covered from any loss, damage or theft. Instantly revolve shipping issues in a few clicks. Plus, certified carbon neutral shipping.

We highly reccomend adding route on at checkout to ensure you are covered if anything happens to your shipment. Please note if you do not add ROUTE, Leni Swims is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Faulty Item / Incorrect Order

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please email customercare@leniswims.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your shipment. 

Any faults reported after a month will not be accepted. 

Leni Swims will provide you with a shipping label to return faulty swimwear for an exchange of the same swimsuit. 

Refunds will be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. 

What should I do if I receive the incorrect item?

Please visit: Returns Portal

Select 'incorrect item received', and upload a photo of the item you received. Once approved, your correct item will then be sent out and a shipping label will be provided to return the incorrect item.

Sizing and Fabrics

I am in between sizes, what do you reccomend?

As a general rule, we reccomend sizing up if you are in between sizes.

However depending on style, you will see customised sizing and fit information on every product page.

What are your fabrics made of?

All swimwear is made with ultra soft, recycled REPREVE fabrics with a composition of 78% Recycled Nylon, 22% Elastane. All swimwear is double lined to ensure comfort and a seamless fit.


When are you restocking?

We try to restock as often as we can. If you are waiting on a restock, we reccomend signing up for notifications via the product page.

Editing Or Cancelling An Order

I need to cancel or make a change to my order

Please note we are unable to cancel or alter an order once it has been placed into our fulfilment system. Please review your order before placing it.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer a refund or swap for another style on our site. If you have ordered multiple items, we are only able to refund the corresponding item to the out of stock style.

Taxes and Duties

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

All international parcels may be subject to taxes and duties. Leni Swims does not cover any costs, these must be paid for in full by the customer.

We are legally required to state the full retail value of the goods you are purchasing.

Please note we ship from the US, if you are located within the US you will not be subject to any taxes or duties.

What happens if I do not pay my taxes and duties?

Your order will not be refunded if returned to us or abandoned. If your order is shipped back to us and you would like it reshipped, there will be a fee based upon shipping destination
