EU Returns & Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, initiate your withdrawal through our withdrawal portal. You will need your order number and email address. Once submitted, you must return your items within 14 days of notifying us.
We will issue a full refund — including standard outbound shipping costs — within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to swimwear where the hygiene seal (sanitary liner) has been removed. This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes sealed goods returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed. Please try all swimwear on over your underwear with the liner intact.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Sale Items
Sale items returned under the right of withdrawal are eligible for a refund to your original payment method within the 14-day window.
Faulty Items
Please email customercare@leniswims.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return label and issue a refund once the item has been inspected and deemed faulty.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
