Returns Policy

Black Friday and Cyber Monday items are non-refundable and returnable for a store credit only. To lodge a return for store credit please click here.

All items purchased from our ‘SALE’ page are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.

Black Friday 30% off, 20% off or archive sale prices can't be applied to any orders made outside of our Black Friday period.

This policy applies to all orders placed from 11/12-11/28.

We accept returns for a store credit or exchange. You have 14 days from delivery of your order to start a return.

If your request exchange item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

We do not offer refunds unless an item is delivered faulty or damaged.

All sale items are final, and are not eligible for return. 

Once we receive your return, you will be provided with a store credit valid for 3 years to use storewide.

We recommend you use trackable shipping as Leni Swims is not liable for packages lost in transit. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return their items.

Item must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging. Sanitary liners must also be intact. 

For sanitary reasons we ask that you please try on swimwear over your underwear.

Faulty items 

Please email hello@leniswims.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your shipment. 

Any faults reported after a month will not be accepted. 

Leni Swims will provide you with a shipping label to return faulty swimwear for an exchange of the same swimsuit. 

Refunds will be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. 

Cancellations

Please note we are unable to cancel or alter an order once it has been placed into our fulfilment system. Please review your order before placing it.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer a refund or swap for another style on our site. If you have ordered multiple items, we are only able to refund the corresponding item to the out of stock style.

Redelivery

Any orders that need to be redelivered will incur a $20 fee
