Returns Policy
Regular Returns / Exchanges:
Full Price: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your shipment for a store credit or exchange.
Sale: Sale Items are FINAL and can't be returned.
If your request exchange item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
We do not offer refunds unless an item is delivered faulty or damaged.
All sale items are final, and are not eligible for return.
Once we receive your return, you will be provided with a store credit valid for 3 years to use storewide.
We recommend you use trackable shipping as Leni Swims is not liable for packages lost in transit. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return their items.
Item must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging. Sanitary liners must also be intact.
For sanitary reasons we ask that you please try on swimwear over your underwear.

Faulty items
Please email hello@leniswims.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
Any faults after a month will not be accepted.
Leni Swims will provide you with a shipping label to return faulty swimwear for an exchange of the same swimsuit.
Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.
Cancellations
Please note we are unable to cancel or alter an order one it has been placed. Please review your order before placing it.
