Returns Policy
Black Friday 2024 Sale Conditions:
Full price items with Black Friday Discount: Eligible for a store credit only. Must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your items.
Sale items with Black Friday Discount: Strictly final sale, no returns.
Regular Returns / Exchanges:
Full Price: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your shipment for a store credit.
Sale: Sale Items are FINAL and can't be returned.
If your request exchange item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
We do not offer refunds unless an item is delivered faulty or damaged.
All sale items are final, and are not eligible for return.
Once we receive your return, you will be provided with a store credit valid for 3 years to use storewide.
We recommend you use trackable shipping as Leni Swims is not liable for packages lost in transit. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return their items.
Item must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging. Sanitary liners must also be intact.
For sanitary reasons we ask that you please try on swimwear over your underwear.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-refundable, and can't be redeemed for cash.
Faulty items
Please email hello@leniswims.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
Any faults reported after a month will not be accepted.
Leni Swims will provide you with a shipping label to return faulty swimwear for an exchange of the same swimsuit.
Refunds will be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.
Cancellations
Please note we are unable to cancel or alter an order once it has been placed into our fulfilment system. Please review your order before placing it.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer a refund or swap for another style on our site. If you have ordered multiple items, we are only able to refund the corresponding item to the out of stock style.

Any orders that need to be redelivered will incur a $20 fee

RETURNS

Once your return is lodged, you will receive an email from us with next steps. Check your spam/junk if you can't find it.
Please allow us 3 business days from delivery to process your store credit or exchange.
SHIPPING
Our warehouse is located in Cincinnati, USA
All orders placed before 1pm ET will be sent the same business day. All other orders will be sent the next business day. All weekend orders will be shipped Monday.
Our warehouse is located in the USA. All orders within the USA will be sent with 2-5 business days* express shipping. All international orders will be sent with 3-7 day* express shipping, please be aware we are experiencing international shipping delays to some locations which are out of Leni Swims control.
Please contact us to organise a re-ship. Please note all re-ships incur a $20 fee.
Shipping protection covers from damage, theft or loss of your package. With shipping protection added we are able to quickly replace your piece(s) for you.
Sizing, and Fabrics
Swimwear care instructions:
-Hand wash swimwear in cold water, do not use any detergents
-If your swim does have any stains, you can carefully use a fragrance free detergent on a specific spot by hand
-Dry laying flat in the shade on a towel
-Ensure it is completely dry before storing away
Please ensure you do not use any bleach or strong detergents on your swimwear, or place in the washing machine.
Other notes:
-Our ribbed and shimmer fabrics will get caught on surfaces more easily and we ask you are careful when wearing them
-Please be aware of tanning oils, fake tan products and sunscreens when wearing your swim
-Swimwear can fade slightly over time, particularly with repeated washing and wear

As a general rule, we recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes.
However depending on style, you will see customised sizing and fit information on every product page.
All swimwear is made with ultra soft, recycled REPREVE fabrics with a composition of 78% Recycled Nylon, 22% Elastane. All swimwear is double lined to ensure comfort and a seamless fit.
Our swimwear is ethically handmade in Bali, Indonesia.
Editing Or Cancelling orders

Taxes and duties
All international parcels may be subject to taxes and duties. Leni Swims does not cover any costs, these must be paid for in full by the customer.
We are legally required to state the full retail value of the goods you are purchasing.
Please note we ship from the US, if you are located within the US you will not be subject to any taxes or duties.

Your order will not be refunded if returned to us or abandoned. If your order is shipped back to us and you would like it reshipped, there will be a fee based upon shipping destination
